READY WHEN YOU ARE
READY WHEN YOU ARE
You do not need to know which program, membership or training option is right before you contact us. Tell us where you are now, what you would like to improve and anything that has made fitness difficult in the past.
One of our coaches will talk you through the options and help you work out what makes sense. The first conversation is there to give you clarity, not to pressure you into joining.
Start With Clarity
Book Your Introduction
Your introduction is a relaxed conversation about your goals, current fitness, previous training experience and the type of support you are looking for. If there are injuries, medical considerations or movement concerns, you can raise those at the same time.
We will also explain the relevant program, current session options and membership choices so you know exactly what is involved before you decide whether to start.

Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to know which program I want?
No. Tell us about your goals and we will help you work out which program and training option is the best fit.
Can I visit before joining?
Yes. Contact us to arrange an introduction so someone is available to meet you and show you around.
Will I be pressured to sign up?
No. The purpose of the introduction is to understand what you need and explain the options. You can decide once you have all the information.
What if I have never trained before?
That is completely fine. Many members begin with little or no gym experience, and the coaching is there to help you learn.
Can I ask about pricing first?
Yes. We can explain current options once we understand which service is most relevant to you.
Is ladies-only training available?
Yes. Contact the team for the current ladies-only semi-private timeslot and availability.
Can I enquire for a parent?
Yes. Family members are welcome to ask about Forever Fit, although the person who will be training should be involved in deciding whether the program suits them.

The Hardest Part Is Often Making Contact
If you have been thinking about getting started for a while, you do not need to have everything worked out first. Send the enquiry, tell us what you are hoping to change and we will help you take it from there.
